The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs offers an outstanding program to meet the needs of today’s veterans.  The Automobile Adaptive Equipment program issues grants when qualified veterans purchase vehicles which require driving modifications.  Additionally, the adaptive equipment is covered at no cost to the veteran.

For passenger veterans, modifications include equipment that provides access to the vehicle as well as secure restraint systems while riding in the vehicle.

For veterans who drive or wish to drive, our modifications include a multitude of different hand controls as well as vehicle modifications which include remote control door openers, wheelchair and scooter lifts, chair tie-downs, and specialty touch controls such as turn signals, wipers, washers, horn, lights, etc.

If you are a veteran, we thank you for your service to our country.  We would be honored to assist you in your driving needs.  We work closely with the Veterans Administration to meet your individual mobility needs in a thorough and economical manner.

Texas state residents who are disabled can claim exemption from motor vehicle sales and use taxes on new or used vehicles when adaptive equipment is installed for use by a disabled driver.
